Exercise For Life is committed to providing GPs with professional support enabling uncomplicated referral opportunities.

GPs can choose to use our accredited Exercise Physiologists as part of a Team Care Arrangement, a Group diabetes referral, a Department of Veterans Affairs referral, or simply as a pathway for a private referral.

Our experienced Exercise Physiologists are also available to provide GPs with assistance in managing patients involved in motor vehicle accidents or work related injuries.

Medical Clearance
Individuals who attend Exercise For Life undertake a physical fitness assessment followed by an exercise program. Both the assessment and exercise program contain moderate cardiovascular and muscular strength and endurance exercise.

I have examined

and clear them of any obvious medical condition that may prevent their participation in a physical fitness assessment followed by an exercise rehabilitation program. Based on my assessment, it is unlikely that moderate physical activity will pose a significant risk to this individual.
