Weight Loss For Life
The Weight Loss For Life program is a simple program that provides participants with a guide of how to achieve a healthy balance between eating and exercise behaviour.
The purpose of this program is not to encourage participants to become DIET slaves, but to teach them how to adopt healthyeating habits whilst implementing effective exercise behaviours.
Guided by our Exercise Physiologist participants in the Weight Loss For Life program are given tailored and expert advice so that realistic and safe health goals are achieved and sustained.
Circuit Training
At Exercise For Life we recognise that everyone needs an exercise program that meet their health needs and fitness level. We also understand that motivation and supervision are the key factors for success.
We have developed a unique “CircuitTraining” program.
Designed as a continuous combination of exercises, Physiology Training uses resistance training, cardiovascular training, balance and postural training in a fully supervised environment.
Circuit training is conducted at Exercise For Life twice a week and last for one hour.
Session Times:East Fremantle
- Tuesday 6pm to 7pm,
- Thursday 6am to 7am
Bedford
- Wednesday 6.30pm to 7.30pm
- Friday 6am to 7am

Central Control
Using postural and bio-mechanical principals our Exercise Physiologist provide specific exercise programs to train the brain and muscle pathways, ensuring effective, stable and strong joints.
Central control is great for anyone who suffers from ongoing joint and muscle pain.

Living Longer, Living Stronger
Exercise For Life is committed to delivering exercise services to all people within the community. Through its association with The Council On The Ageing, Exercise For Life runs the Living Longer
Living Stronger (LLLS) group exercise program.
LLLS is a progressive resistance training program designed to provide persons aged 50 years and over with a positive pathway to engage in a group exercise.
Our experienced staff are accredited to deliver the LLLS program and are always keen to help new participants to commence their exercise experience in our safe and friendly facilities.

Perfect for people who need just a little bit more motivation, feel that they are in need of some regular guidance, or just need a change of focus with their exercise.
When it comes to personal training many people think that they have to endure physical pain. This is not the case. Embarking on a personal training program at Exercise For Life, we will structure exercise sessions to provide your body with varying exercises to promote sustainable physiological changes.
