Exercise For Life is committed to improving the health of Australia’s children. Fit Kids emphasizes weight maintenance NOT weight loss to prevent childhood and adolescent obesity.
Exercise For Life provides a friendly, non-threatening environment that allows children to feel comfortable around peers who possess the same physical conditioning, and may be more motivated to participate when they see other children dealing with similar problems.
Aims of the Program
1. Motivate children to participate in physical activity.
2. Encourage children to maintain increased physical activity patterns.
3. Improvements in physical and emotional health.
All exercise programs are structured to promote improved cardiovascular function, muscle/joint co ordination, posture and balance. Unlike gyms, the staffs are specialist trained, post-graduate university qualified Exercise Physiologists.
